We’re looking for a Community Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of Grimguard! As our Community Manager, you’ll build, grow, and engage our player community, driving meaningful conversations and ensuring players feel heard, valued, and connected. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and development teams to represent the player voice within the studio.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social media, forums, and in-game channels.
  • Create engaging content, host community events, and facilitate player feedback loops.
  • Monitor community sentiment, responding to player inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and super-fans, amplifying player stories and achievements.
  • Analyze community metrics and player feedback, providing actionable insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in community management, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building meaningful player connections.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly empathetic, with the ability to handle player feedback gracefully.
  • Familiarity with Grimguard or other free-to-play games is a plus!
